1. Disclaimer

The promoter of this giveaway is Milliways (“we”, “us”, “our”). Full company details are available in our main Privacy Policy. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Marks & Spencer (“M&S”). Milliways has purchased the prize independently.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• By entering, participants confirm they are eligible and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. How to Enter

• The giveaway opens at 00:01 on 8 October 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 23 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
• To enter, participants must complete the sign up form on the Milliways website and subscribe to the Milliways SMS marketing list by providing a valid mobile phone number.
• Entries are limited to one per person. Duplicate entries will not be counted.
• Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize

• The prize is one (1) M&S Hamper, accompanied by a Milliways Gift Box and Merch, valued at over £150.
• There is one (1) winner in total.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• If, for reasons beyond our control, the stated prize is unavailable, Milliways reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random using a random generator within seven (7) days of the giveaway closing date.
• The winner will be notified via SMS to the phone number provided.
• If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of initial contact, Milliways reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The winner’s first name may be published on Milliways’ website or social media channels, in accordance with the UK Code of Advertising Practice (CAP Code). 

6. Prize Fulfilment

• The hamper will be shipped directly to the winner’s UK address once confirmed.
• Milliways accepts no responsibility for any delay, loss, or damage in transit once the prize has been dispatched.

7. General

• Milliways reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway if it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.
• Milliways’ decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
• By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by Milliways’ Privacy Policy.
• This promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Privacy: Giveaway & SMS Marketing

1. Data Collected

We collect your mobile phone number when you enter the giveaway and subscribe to our SMS marketing list.

2. Purpose of Processing

Your data will be used to:

• Administer the giveaway and contact the winner; and
• Send you marketing messages, updates, and offers from Milliways via SMS, in line with your consent.

You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our messages or by contacting us directly.

3. Sharing of Data

4. Data Retention

• Contact details for entrants will be retained for the duration of the giveaway and for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent.
